Save Word 2007 Document as PDF
If you need to save a Word 2007 document as a PDF, you’ll have to download a simple add-on from Microsoft. There is a plus though, no validation required.
Just go to this Microsoft download page to pick up the add-on. You’ll need to restart word if it’s running already but once you start it up again, you’ll get an option to save as PDF. It comes with two additional settings: big and small, the first being for print and the second being for low bandwidth internet.
